Love all these comments of pantyhose discovery and sexual liberation through nylon, Wallace Carothers would be thrilled to know that his invention has meant so much to mankind. It's often stated that he committed suicide because he felt he made no meaningful contribution to society, I fully disagree, he changed my life.
